Chord Series
The "Secrets to Playing Piano By Ear"
course covers everything from the basics and fundamentals to Cmin13
(b9b5) chords. The following lesson focuses on chapter ten
from the course. If you are already familiar with major seventh chords and
how they are formed, you may skip this lesson.
How to form Major Seventh Chords (06)
Note: This lesson covers major
seventh
chords. Remember, chords make up "chord progressions" so pay close
attention as you will need to know these chords (in addition to all
of the other chords taught in our
course) when playing
various songs!
Note:
Our
300-pg workbook comes with diagrams of all of the chords
taught in this series. With over 300 chords and inversions (because
most chords have 3 or 4 inversions), you will learn several chords
to get you started playing your favorite songs by ear!
