Jermaine - I can’t thank you and the Hear And Play Community enough for your support. The response was overwhelming.
I also held a free teleseminar analyzing the craft writing of lyrics. Many Hear and Play member attended.
It was totally off the hook - (literally, it was off the hook for about 15 minutes with no one hearing me, but we won’t talk about that right now).
Once I logged back in, we had sound again and I showcased how the masters craft their lyrics throughout history. We covered all the way from the 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond, all the way to the present day.
Everyone from Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, George Gershwin, and more, to Burt Bacharach, Smokey Robinson, Gamble and Huff, Norman Whitfield, Diane Warren, Babyface, Lionel Richie, etc. are going to be studied in this ongoing series.
I was going to limit the piano course to only a few, but so many people came at once that a whole lot of folks would have been pretty upset if they couldn’t get it.
The video files were hosted on my own server and all the downloads made it crash because the files were so huge. Now you have to view the main video online until I can host them elsewhere.
