Hi Jermaine! I was really looking forward to the launch today and to the training center. Unfortunately, due to the very difficult economic times, I will not be able to commit to the monthly training center fee. I am absolutely heartbroken about that. Because I really want to commit whole heartedly. Hopefully when the next batch of dvds are ready, I will be more financially able to support your endeavour. I am still super excited for the training center!!! take care and May God continue to bless you and yours!!!

Hey there Jermaine!!! I’m sure you’ll be bogged down with emails and calls. Just wanted to get mine in first! I actually got into the registration page but the continue link did not work so when i tried to refresh, guess what the server was full… so sad am I. Hopefully I’ll make it in. God Bless…. Laketa

Been trying to get on the site since 1150 am. Continue button is not working and when I open up other tabs to try on another page, it keeps saying fatal error. 1205 EST and I’m still trying!! Can’t wait!!

What a disappointment! All I got for the first 20 minutes were SQL errors or “too many connections” errors.
Surely anyone setting up something like this must expect a massive peak and ensure that they have a service that can cope. Now all they have done is annoy me and, I am sure, many other people.
A publicity stunt unworthy of a seemingly genuine organisation.

Hello. I got into the site and was able to place my order. I am very excited about the opportunity to learn more at my own pace. Great idea.. The features offered on the training center are pretty exciting. Let’s see things progress. I like the fact that I can cancel my membership whenever I like.

IF HE COULD HAVE HAD ENOUGH TO SERVICE THE TENS OF THOUSANDS THAT HUNGERED TO GET IN, I HONESTLY BELIEVE HE WOULD HAVE. THIS WAS NOT A PUBLICITY STUNT, AND WE AS MEMBERS MUST LEARN PATIENCE. TODAY TRU PATIENCE WAS REWARDED. HEAR AND PLAY IS NOT THE COMPANY IN CALIFORNIA…IT’S MORE THAN THAT. IT’S FAMILY. I’m trying to play the Christmas keys DVD’s, but it will not open on my computer. It give me an error code, and says I do not have the correct program or the software??? The program should have dowloaded when I clikcked on the link?
I called tech support, got a recording. Can you help? Thank you

Hi Carolyn… I have e-mailed you at the address on file. You have to right-click and save it to your hard drive first. If you’re clicking on it directly, it’s just trying to load the huge file in your browser and that will only work if you’re wanting to watch it online. You have to physically right click and make sure the “SAVE” box is popping up where it asks you to save it to your computer. Once it’s down (and you’ll know because the dvd downloadable files are huge, they are 400+ mb… it will take at least 40 minutes depending on your connection), then you can click on them from your computer and play them seamlessly. I will also e-mail you this information.
